Prior to U Fit, I was regularly attending Bikram Yoga classes, I had done for about 2 years. I never really paid a lot of attention to food and would always eat how much I wanted, when I wanted and what I wanted. When I joined U Fit, it was a little bit of a slow starter. Training was never a problem as I would always be present for this. But the difficulty was the mindset around food and choices. The choices not only surrounding food but other areas of life.

After many years of trying to find a Gym that I felt committed to, I was introduced to U Fit. Now, 5 years on, I have remained a member and never miss a week of training. U Fit has become part of my lifestyle, eating well and training is no longer a chore... worth every penny!

My one to one session would be a mini counselling session sometimes.
Surprisingly I didn’t actually think my mindset towards food was going to be one that was changed for a constant period of time.
Now, my attitude towards food is totally different. The biggest nutrition change is stopping when I’m full and it is absolutely ok to leave food on my plate.
I feel in control of my food. It is now absolutely ok to leave food on my plate.
I feel comfortable and content. Ready for another year of training hard and delicious food.
