Bhavisha Jaldevi
Bhavisha joined U Fit Studio in March 2016, fed up and wanting change. She knew she needed motivation and accountability to reach her goals. Now a part of the We’ve Got Your Back Team, she is the happiest, fittest and healthiest she has ever been. Going through the weight loss journey with U Fit gave Bhavisha an insider's perspective which helps her better support members each day to have a smooth, enjoyable and fulfilling experience every visit to the studio. Taja
Joining U Fit Studio in 2023, Taja immediately became a hit with the members with her warm caring approach and fun-filled energy. Taja grew up in Wendover, Aylesbury and moved to Leicester in 2019 to study Fashion Design at De Montfort University. She has worked in a number of roles in retail and customer support, always attempting to create a positive experience for those around her and building a unique connection with each interaction. Members love her kindness, warmth, fun vibe and attention to detail.

Our in-house Personal Wellness Coach is here for when life gets tough or emotions get challenging. Whether that’s work or relationship, family or issues with self-esteem, he helps you navigate your stress and anxiety and begin to grow your resilience.
Stefan Dziewanowski
Stefan delivers one-to-one therapeutic sessions to improve emotional wellbeing and increase personal and professional success. In 2010 he studied hypnotherapy and NLP, establishing a career as a therapist and performance coach working with a wide range of challenges from anxiety to depression, addiction to grief. Members love his gentle yet honest approach and expertise in psychology and personal wellness.
Stefan guides you to get back in touch with your own emotional resources. Letting go of unhelpful, old feelings and responses. Reframing difficult experiences. Embracing the future with excitement and new resolve.
Utilising a variety of therapeutic approaches, from NLP to BWRT, Time Line Therapy to Core Transformation, EFT to Create Your State, he helps you become your best self especially when other approaches don’t get through the pain.

At U FIt Studio, everything is planned around your fitness, weight loss and health journey. The coach you will be accountable to will be assigned based on our assessment of your specific needs to help you get most smoothly to your goals. All of our coaches are trained and experienced personal trainers working cohesively as a team to help you get to your goals.
At U Fit Studio, we work more seamlessly than most gyms. Although one coach will set up your goals and assist you in achieving them, you will be trained by all the coaching team at the studio. This means you are not limited by your coach’s availability. And because we track your progress, each coach who trains you will know your current needs and goals.
Yes! Helping you stay on target is a crucial part of how your program will work. By touching base with you between your sessions, your coach will help you manage food, stress and other obstacles. As a team working together you will build up habits that get you to your goal. With all the personal trainers working together, you get the benefits of a whole team, amounting to more than 25 years experience guiding you to your goals.
For many of our members, training by themselves is an important part of their progression. Your coach creates and updates your program regularly. Once trained on your program you are then also able to come in by yourself to use it. The coaches are always around to assist you and we make it as easy as possible with our support and our technology.
The Front of House team will be a part of your journey from the very start. Booking your initial visits, registering your details, helping you feel at home, setting up your sessions, arranging your parking (if you choose that option), making your shakes and coffee and just generally taking care of you each visit.
Personal Wellness Sessions are not needed by every member, so they are extra to your membership. However, they are discounted to members, affordable and available if life should throw one too many curve balls your way. They can help if you’re stuck in an emotional or behavioural rut from which you can’t seem to shift. Or you just need to kickstart some aspect of your life and don’t know how.
