Things were inconsistent. I’d work, stay on late, do extra emails, miss the gym. Then try to cram in two days, play football, leave work early, not go to the gym, already eating more calories than I’d need all week. Think, I need to go gym tomorrow, but don’t feel well from eating the night before. This downward spiral – physically and mentally – hard to dig your self out of.
