What was your original reason for joining U Fit?
Before March 2016, and since I was a teenager, I'd done all the usual things. Yo yo dieting. Losing some weight then putting it back on, plus a little bit more. I'd tried everything. It was only when I got a copy of U Magazine and read about U Fit Studio that I thought, this looks different.
How did you first get started?
I did a 6 week challenge. At the end of the challenge I thought, right, I know what to do now! I can just do this at home. But it wasn't the same without the support. With no accountability and after two weeks I realised it wasn't going to happen, so I went and joined and committed to the full year.
