This episode we are talking with Daksha Pancholi. Daksha was for many years a successful business owner with an Optometry business she created and managed. These days she has retired, however at 65 years old she has not slowed down.
Daksha began to embrace health and fitness in her mid 40’s, and nowadays she includes weight training every week, amongst other activities. A shining example to everyone, she is determined to live out the rest of her life fit, healthy, active and happy.
